Everybody loves a beginning. We are quietly in love with the end of the night, the hour when the room lets its shoulders down and the whole evening finally holds still.

ALIA is a Mediterranean supperclub. Dinner opens the night and the club closes it, and the part we love most is the quiet after the peak, when the floor loosens and the light comes down to a low amber.
